Viewing Chats

You can view the webchats and SMS messages that are associated with you. The chats are organized under the relevant queues. ou can filter chats by chat type or queue.

To view chats:

1.

On the sidebar, click the Chats icon; the chat channel page appears, displaying chats.

Filter chats using the available filters:

Click the icon to filter by Interaction Type or Queue.

Click the icon to filter by Date or Unread to show only unread chats.
